What's the difference between a medical appointment and a cosmetic consultation?
Medical appointments are with our dermatologists or dermatology NP/PAs and may be eligible for insurance. Cosmetic consultations are with our expert aesthetic providers and medical providers, NP/PAs and are complimentary.
How much do your services cost?
Costs for cosmetic services vary by service type. Our expert aesthetic providers and medical providers, NP/PAs can help customize a treatment plan for you to achieve your skin goals. Sona also offers financing options with low monthly payments for cosmetic treatments or pay using Shop Pay Installments when you purchase a service/treatment on our webiste.
What are your hours?
Hours vary by location. Please review updated hours on our location pages. We're open Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm in most locations. At participating locations, on Thursdays, we offer evening hours until 8pm and Saturday hours from 10am to 3pm (third Saturday of the month).
What's your cancellation policy?
To avoid a cancellation fee, we require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We require a $75 deposit for cosmetic dermatology appointments. Please call us if you are running late to your appointment and we will let you know if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.
How much is a cosmetic consultation?
We offer complimentary consultations with our expert aesthetic providers and medical providers, NP/PAs to determine the best treatment plan for your skin goals. Call us to learn more!
What if I am running late?
For patients who are delayed and arrive late for their appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. If you are over 10 minutes late to your appointment, every effort will be made to see you the same day - however, wait times may apply, or appointments may need to be rescheduled.
